COMPANY PROFILE
Century Homestead was established in 1994 for the purpose of providing
residential home improvements in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area
specializing in windows, roofing, gutters, skylights, whole house fans,
siding and patio covers. The principals of Century Homestead are Cole
Newland and Terry Dennis. Cole had been in the home improvement industry
since 1973. Terry started her business administration experience with
construction related companies in 1978. Our sales staff and installers
have over 75 years of combined experience.
More than ever, homeowners are concerned
about licensing, insurance, workmanship, and customer service. Our
